Since there won’t be any need for additional barge, also no other tugboat for the barge, it will minimize the costs for rental and fuel. 
When stacked, the floating crane Zakhariy has 13,5m of max height from the sea level. This allows the crane to move under the river bridges. Generally, the bridges which were built on rivers have a height of 16 meters. This was considered at the creation of Zakhariy. Zakhariy can be used both on sea and river.
